Create your own APRs to record information on interchangeable parts.
In the Menu Pane on the left, under APR, click Create APR.
You will be asked "do you want to add a number now?"
Click Yes to be given Create Number browser window. Enter the applicable information and click the Save button.
Click No to be taken directly to the Create Part tab.
Once in the Create Part tab, enter the applicable information, and add Numbers, Application, and Related Parts with the Add New buttons.
Using any of the Add New buttons will give you a 'Create' browser window to enter the info on that new item. Click the Save button and you will be returned to the Create Part tab to continue entering information.
When done entering information in your new APR, click the Save button at the top right.
